What is the minimum amount of shirts that I can have printed?
Deaf setup and production costs associated with each print job, we require a minimum of 24 shirt for all Screen Print orders.
How long will it take to complete my t shirt printing order once it has been placed?
Once your order information has been received, your art work will be sent to our design team for inspection. Once the artwork has been approved, you will receive an email informing you that it has been approved. A digital mockup will then be created within 48 hours and emailed to you for approval. After you have approved the digital mockup, your artwork will then be separated and placed onto film positive(s) and a screen(s) will then be created. It usually takes 7 business days to complete each order, depending on the garment quantity and the number of colors the job requires. Larger print jobs can take up to 3 weeks to complete.
All t shirt printing orders received after (12pm EST) enter schedule on next day! Each job must be written as a separate PO.
When available - Rush Charges of 30% (5-6 days) Rush Charges of 40% (3-4 days) Rush Charges of 50% (2-3 days) from receipt of art approval & merchandise.
Order Forms, artwork and merchandise must be complete prior to being put on production schedule.
All Payment Arrangements must be finalized before entering production schedule.
What if I have my own artwork?
Art that is "100% READY FOR PRODUCTION" means that an art staff member will be required to do no more than open a digital file and hit the print button, or scan a piece of camera-ready art directly to the film printer. IF ANY FURTHER ACTION IS REQUIRED, THEN ART PRE-PRODUCTION CHARGES WILL BE BILLED. Standard turn-around time for pre-production work is three business days.
Digital art files include those designs created and saved from a professional graphics program or those designs exported from a graphics program at HIGH RESOLUTION.
We accept Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop. ,esp, .jpeg and .bmp files. All JPEG and BMP files must be 300 dpi.
All font files must be included with the native file or turned into paths using a vector based software program.
Can I provide Film Positives for t shirt printing?
YES, customers can provide film positives at no charge. All film positives must be 300 dpi at actual print size, must use pure black ink to avoid improper screen exposure and include centered registration marks.
Rush Charges
- standard design time is 3 business days
- standard color separating time is 3 business days
- standard production time is 7 business days
- all orders required in less time than standard will be charged as "rush"
30% added for all rush design, pre-production and production work (5-6 days)
40 % added for all rush design, pre-production and production work (3-4 days)
50% added for all rush design, pre-production and production work (2-3 days), only available for 1-2 color prints on light colored garments ).
Shipping
Shipping fees are based on weight, dimensions & zip code. We use FEDEX Ground rates unless your PO directs us otherwise. PLEASE indicate on your shipping request form if we are shipping to a residence or a business.
Shipping Insurance requests must be on purchase order.

Terms & Conditions
Although our normal spoilage is insignificant, we do allow for 2% damage, (4% on darks). We will credit accounts for any spoilage in excess of one piece or 2% (4% on darks) whichever is greater. Drop shipment charge is $5.oo per location plus freight. Terms are pre-pay unless other terms are agreed to in advance. Exact quantity orders should include extra blanks.

Art work:
Custom artwork services start at $35.00 per hour. Once artwork has been completed, all customers will receive a mock layout of the design for approval purposes. Once the design has been approved and transferred for screening process, the design cannot be changed. All design changes request that are made after the screen has been created will incur a $35.oo change fee.
Payment:
All orders require a 50% deposit and must be paid in full before completed order is released.
Screen Life Printing reserves the right to refuse any future work or require full payment before the start of any job for all customers who fail to pay for completed work or use fraudulent or invalid payment methods. No exceptions allowed.
Can I use a check to pay for my order?
Yes, checks are accepted, however all checks must be deposited and cleared prior to job being started. this process may extend the completion date of your order so plan your order accordingly.
Can I use a credit to pay for my order over the phone or via email?
No, All credit card payment are handled in person or via PayPal secure processing to prevent fraudulent activities.
